Please be advised that Vesta Energy Ltd. has amalgamated with Parallax Energy Operating Inc., effective December 4, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). The amalgamated corporation will continue under the name PARALLAX ENERGY OPERATING INC.
